Welcome!
I am a PhD student at Swedish School of LIS at University of Borås.
This is my personal homepage on the University web. My PhD project is about aggregating, analyzing and visualizing social media data through webometrics. » Link to my PhD page
I have now created a list including the academic texts I have authored and co-authored.
Teaching
I have mainly been involved in courses about web development, information structuring and content management. Among the courses I have taught are Content Management, Database Construction, Knowledge Organization, Dynamic Web Applications, Technologies for Web Design, Designing Web Pages, and Technology of Digital Libraries.
Personal
I graduated in 2005 as a Master within LIS, but a large part of the studies was within Informatics. Following this, I worked one year as an editor at Business and Academic Match Making whilst starting as a part time lecturer at SSLIS. I started lecturing full time from 2007 to May 2011 when I started my PhD project.
When I am not working I enjoy watching football, and the favourite places are IF Elfsborg's ground Borås Arena and Fratton Park in Portsmouth. I love both clubs equally, but must say that Fratton Park is somewhat more exotic. I also had the privelege of being at the new Wembley when Portsmouth won the FA cup in 2008.
I also enjoy training and the outdoors, as well as watching science documentary and sci-fi series. Music is an important thing as well, and my favourite band is Dropkick Murphy's.
